1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "gt888" refers to the online gaming platform operated at gt888.bio, including all associated services, products, games, and customer support functions.
• "Platform" means the gt888 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and any software or application made available by gt888 to access its services.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gt888 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any gt888 service. This requirement is strictly enforced. gt888 will request proof of age as part of the KYC process and may suspend any Account where this requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The gt888 Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh and that you are not prohibited by any applicable local law or regulation from participating in online gaming activities.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the gt888 Platform. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered under false identities, or accounts created to circumvent a previous suspension or self-exclusion are prohibited. gt888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds held within them.

3.4 Exclusions

Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of gt888 or its affiliated technology and payment partners are not eligible to register or participate as Players on the Platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and betting markets on gt888, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

gt888 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, gt888 may request one or more of the following documents:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• A valid Bangladeshi passport

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gt888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify gt888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held at the time of closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gt888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gt888 does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the specific payment method used. Current limits are displayed in the gt888 cashier at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your gt888 Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. gt888 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems, network outages, or scheduled maintenance periods.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may be extended where additional KYC documentation is required or where a withdrawal triggers an internal review under gt888's anti-fraud procedures. gt888 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending the outcome of any such review.

5.5 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use funds derived from illegal activities, and you must not use payment accounts belonging to third parties. gt888 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds where deposits are unusually large or frequent.

5.6 Currency

All Account balances, bets, wins, and transactions are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gt888 does not offer multi-currency accounts. If a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, the transaction will be rejected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bet credits, reload offers, and seasonal promotions offered by gt888 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion states otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met will result in any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings being forfeited prior to processing of the cash withdrawal.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

gt888 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Behaviour that gt888 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or using low-risk betting patterns to clear wagering requirements — will result in disqualification from the promotion, removal of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on gt888 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and are supplied by regulated third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed by the respective game provider and may be viewed within the game's information panel.

7.2 Sports Betting

7.3 Bet Settlement

7.4 System Errors

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system fault that affects the outcome or recording of a bet or game, gt888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings generated from demonstrably erroneous odds or game states will not be honoured.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. gt888 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering, fraud, theft)
• Using a payment method registered in a third party's name
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on gt888
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to another individual
• Attempting to access the Platform after a self-exclusion period has been applied to your Account

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by gt888

gt888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) the Account poses a risk of fraud or money laundering; (c) the Player's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified; or (d) any other legitimate operational reason requires it.

9.2 Closure by Player

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting gt888 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your verified payment method after standard KYC checks. Bonus funds are not returned upon voluntary Account closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion prevents access to the Account for a minimum period of six months or permanently, depending on your request. During a self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent to the excluded Account. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new Account.

9.4 Consequences of Closure

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, gt888 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance where the breach has resulted in unfair financial gain for the Player, or where funds are required pending an investigation or legal process.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gt888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, and the overall layout and design of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to gt888 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any gt888 content; scrape or harvest data from the Platform; or use gt888 trademarks or branding in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of gt888's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the licence granted above and may give rise to legal claims for damages.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services
• Any technical failures, server downtime, or communication errors beyond gt888's reasonable control
• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including losses on casino games, sports bets, or any other wager placed on the Platform
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Acts of God, civil unrest, government action, or any other force majeure event that prevents gt888 from providing its services

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude gt888's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

gt888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gt888 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.2 above.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently in force is always available on the gt888 Platform. The Effective Date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming activities. gt888 operates as a platform providing entertainment services to Bangladeshi players and endeavours to comply with all applicable local requirements.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, or any other Platform matter, you should first contact gt888 customer support with a written description of the issue. gt888 aims to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. 14.3 Severability
